ANTI FRAUD POLICY 

 

You acknowledge that the credit card or debit card used to book your appointment and/or pay the remaining balance is your card and you are not paying for the service in a fraudulent manner. If the card being used is NOT yours, you acknowledge that the person paying for you is someone you know and has approved usage of his/her card. If at any time the person paying for this service issues a chargeback, you will be personally liable and responsible for the full amount of the chargeback. 

 

BOOKING, PAYMENT & OVERALL POLICIES 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: A 50% non-refundable deposit of your permanent makeup services (eyebrows / lips / eyeliner) is required to schedule your appointment. The remaining balance will be due on the date of service. Methods of payment accepted are the following: All major credit/debit cards and cash payments. Please be advised, when using a major credit/debit card on site, a 5% surcharge will be added and applied to the total service. Payment Plans are also available through AfterPay, Klarna and Sezzle platforms where payments are broken down into 4 interest free payments. It is your responsibility to follow each platform's terms & conditions. For all other services, full, non-refundable payment is required when booking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL DEPOSITS AND FULL PAYMENTS MADE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, however, you have 48 hours (2 days), to reschedule or transfer services. If you do not reschedule within the time frame given (48 hours/2 days), all monies are forfeited. You will need to book a new appointment online and pay a new deposit.

 

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or if you cancel on the day of your appointment, all deposits and full payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

LATE POLICY: Vanou’s Brows and Things reserves the right to CANCEL your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. Bear in mind that multiple clients are seen in a day, and a certain amount of time is allotted for each client. Your being late compromises the start time for the next client. If the appointment has to be rescheduled, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

 

TOUCH UP SESSION: Touch up sessions are REQUIRED for all permanent makeup applications. Touch ups MUST be done within 5-6 weeks after the initial appointment to ensure longevity of the desired results! These sessions are your opportunity to add more pigment, make corrections to the pigment shade, enhance shape or anything else that may be required. NOTE: Scheduling and attending the touch up session NO MORE than 6 weeks after the initial appointment is the client's responsibility. If the client comes in PAST the six week timeframe and desires their touch-up, additional charges will apply.
