ANTI-FRAUD POLICY 

 By booking an appointment and submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit or debit card provided for your reservation and any remaining balance due. If payment is being made by a third party, you acknowledge that the cardholder has granted permission for the transaction and is aware of the services being purchased on your behalf. Any chargeback, payment dispute or claim of unauthorized use initiated after services have been rendered may result in the client being held financially responsible for the full cost of services received, as well as any associated processing or administrative fees incurred by the business. 

 

BOOKING, PAYMENT & OVERALL POLICIES 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all permanent makeup appointments, including eyebrows, lips and paramedical tattooing. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash payments. Please note that payments made by credit or debit card in the studio are subject to a 5% processing fee, which will be added to the final transaction amount. Flexible payment options are available through Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna and Sezzle, allowing clients to divide their purchase into installment payments. Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and conditions of their selected financing provider. 

For all non-permanent makeup services (lash clusters, brow shape & tint, lamination and magnetic tattoo removal) full payment is required at the time of booking and is subject to the individual service requirements listed during scheduling. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment when a rescheduling appointment is made within the required notice period. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or prepaid service amount. A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment. 

 

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS: Clients who cancel on the day of their appoitment or fail to arrive for their scheduled service will forfeit any deposits or prepaid service fees associated with that appointment. No-show appointments and same-say cancellations are not eligible for transfer, credit or refund.  

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:  To ensure every client receives the full attention and service time reserved for them, appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. VB&T recommends planning on arriving 15 minutes early. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to reschedule their appointment. If a rescheduling is necessary due to late arrival, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. 

 

TOUCH UP SESSION: A touch-up appointment is an essential part of the permanent makeup process to refine pigment retention, adjust color, and make any necessary enhancements to the final result. For best results, touch-up appointments should be scheduled 5 weeks after the initial procedure, and no later than 6 weeks. Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending their touch-up appointment within this time frame. 

Appointments requested beyond 6 weeks from the initial procedure may be subject to an additional charge.

COSMETIC TATTOOS FOR MINORS:  In accordance with Florida State Law, cosmetic tattooing services cannot be performed on individuals under the age of 16. 

Clients ages 16-17 may receive cosmetic tattooing services with properly completed parental or legal guardian consent documentation. The required state consent form must be signed in the presence of a certified notary public and presented at the appointment along with a valid government-issued photo ID from both guardian and client.
